Shipping deadline and order details.:
In order to ensure that all letters are delivered on time for Christmas eve, no orders should be made after the 1th of December unless you choose one of our pacifier letters which could be sent any time of the year.
We will make our best effort to ensure that your order is delivered on time. However, we accept no responsibility for late or failed delivery when this is outside of our control (e.g. a postal strike anywhere in the path the letter should take, delivery times that exceed the normal ones).
You are responsible for ensuring that all the information we request, names, addresses and others used to complete your order are accurate.
Price and taxes. The price of the letter includes all shipping costs to anywhere in the world.
